Fun, interactive concerts for babies, toddlers and parents

Globetrotters will whisk you away on a thrilling musical journey, with toe-tapping tunes in styles from all around the world – from Arabic to Chinese, from klezmer to the Argentinian tango – performed by Ros Stephen (violin, mandolin, ukelele, whistle) and Julian Rowlands (bandoneon, accordion and piano). The sessions are informal, children are free to roam around and have many opportunities to interact with the musicians: join in with percussion in an African song, create an imaginary ocean for a Breton Sea Shanty, do a Cossak dance to a wild Russian folk song, or dance with a paper dragon along to a haunting Chinese melody. There is also a sing-a-long at the end of the session. Please call or e-mail us to reserve a ticket, or just turn up on the day.
